This storage location is good . The people who work there Renée, Allie & Larry are Attentive to your situation. They are professional, while being friendly & helpful. Can't say enough nice things about them. They have a location where I'm moving to 2300 miles away. I will use Prime Storage there with the help of my Cocoa people.

My experience with the online process was exceptionally good. Unfortunately the only issue i had was upon my arrival to move in. I was told to bring my ID before they closed at 6pm, I arrived around 5:45 to find the office closed for the day and I had to call to get the gate code so I could gain access to start the unloading process. It was inconvenient to not have access immediately but it was rectified fairly quickly.
